The Water and Sewer Billing office strives to issue bills based on actual meter readings every quarter. Or monthly if it is a commercial, industrial, or high volume account.
When Bills are Estimated
If your meter or outside reading device is not communicating your bill will show an estimated current meter read based on your previously billed consumption amounts.
Any variance due to estimated reads will be corrected when an actual reading is obtained. If you have received an estimated bill, request an appointment for meter service by calling the Water Department at 508-532-6050.
